The goal of the Safer Gambling Week 2022 is to kick-start the conversation among employees, customers, and staff members of loved ones around safer gambling, and highlight tools available to help individuals monitor their betting behavior.

GamCare operates a national gambling helpline, offering confidential information, advice and support for anyone affected by gambling across England, Scotland and Wales. Gamble Therapy is a worldwide online support service offering advice in multiple languages to those affected negatively by gambling.

TalkBanStop is a new collaboration between GamCare, GamBan, and GAMSTOP, offering a mix of free tools to support you to quit gambling online. This week is Safer Gambling Week, where we join forces to foster better education and awareness, to encourage more people to use safer gambling tools such as deposit limits and time-outs, and importantly, where we point to advice, support and assistance that is available for anyone struggling. Fall is thanks to campaigns such as this week, and the work that regulatory operators are doing year-round to identify and support people who are at risk of harm.
